How much do Melbourne removalists cost with Quick ’n’ Slick Removals?
Our small setup (up to 20 m³) is $180/hr and our large setup (up to 40 m³) is $195/hr. Both include two movers, a truck and all moving gear. There’s also a call-out fee of $100–$300, depending on your pickup and drop-off locations. We review every booking and confirm it with you. How quickly can Quick ’n’ Slick Removals move me?
Most Melbourne moves can be booked within 48 hours. Same-day moves are often possible for small jobs — call 0402 134 815 to check availability. For end-of-month weekends we recommend booking at least a week ahead.
Do you handle packing as well as moving?
Yes. We offer full packing, partial packing (kitchens and fragiles only) and self-pack support where we drop boxes at your door and pick up the leftovers after the move. Unpacking on request too.

Are you insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured, with public liability, goods in transit and vehicle cover. Claims are subject to our terms and conditions.
Do I need to be there on moving day?
Only for the walkthrough at each end and to sign off at the finish. Everything in between — packing, wrapping, loading, driving, unloading, placement — is on us.
How is the moving cost calculated?
Loading and unloading time is based on the size of the property (or cubic-metre volume of your belongings), driving time between the two addresses, the call-out fee, and any extra time for stairs or lifts. Our instant quote tool does the whole calculation for you.
What if my move takes longer than estimated?
There’s a 2-hour minimum, then you’re billed in 15-minute blocks at the same hourly rate. There are no penalty rates for going over, and if we come in under estimate you pay for the shorter time (never less than the 2-hour minimum).
